Life and work of Frida Kahlo continues to garner success in Latin America, and now the immersive exhibition will make its way to Bogotá

Life and Work of Frida Kahlo, the immersive exhibition that has caused a sensation in Spain, the United Kingdom, and Argentina, will be on display in Bogotá, Colombia, starting on July 12, 2023.
After its recent success in Buenos Aires, the exhibition created by ACCIONA Cultura will open on July 12, 2023, at the Maloka City Hall in collaboration with the Colombian event production company TBL Live.
Running daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m, the exhibition will offer hour-long shows with a maximum capacity of 250 people.

Recently recognized with the prestigious iF Design Award in the Interior Design category, the most awarded immersive exhibition in the world offers a multisensory experience that immerses visitors in the creative, pictorial, and biographical universe of the renowned Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo. Through a hundred artistic, literary, and photographic works that expand across the walls and floors, the exhibition reveals the fascinating and almost unknown personal diary written by the artist during the last ten years of her turbulent life, revealing new facets of her life and work.

MALOKA CITY HALL, THE FIRST INTERACTIVE MUSEUM IN COLOMBIA
The exhibition will be located at the interactive science and technology center, Maloka City Hall, which has a wide HD projection surface on walls and floors with the latest generation projectors. Through immersive technology, visitors will be able to approach the painter’s masterpieces disruptively, such as her famous self-portraits, La Venada Herida, or the portrait dedicated to Doctor Eloesser.
