L'Oréal Luminous Garden

ACCIONA Living & Culture oversaw the end-to-end production of L’Oréal’s summer event, designed for 1,450 employees from Spain & Portugal. From venue selection and oversight at Palacio de Negralejo to the creative concept and décor design, we transformed every area into an immersive environment inspired by a dreamlike garden.

To elevate the experience, we developed bespoke activations (an illuminated photobooth, a make-up corner) and added dancers and a DJ to bring energy and spectacle to the day.

Technical direction covered AV provisioning and the creation of screen content, as well as coordination of on-site staff, photo and video production, and guest transfers.
