Temporary Exhibition – Sakip Sabanci Museum. Istanbul, Turkey
The collection from both shores of the Aegean take on life in the beautiful perimeter drawings that surround the rooms.
The exhibition shows the commercial and cultural relationship that was established between Anatolia and the Cycladic Islands across the Aegean Sea. A large format graphic in fabric covers the entire exhibition area with educational and beautiful drawings that represent social and economic scenes on both shores of the Aegean Sea. The more than 300 pieces are contextualized in each one of the corresponding glass cases of the large perimeter graphic.
