(CONTURSA), the FIBES management company.
The contract includes the assembly and dismantling of modular stands for trade fairs, congresses and general events organized in the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of Seville through June 2018. The advanced modular system is a patent developed by APD, characterised by the quality of the materials, its functionality, its high degree of customization and for being 100% reusable.
The EAIE Annual Conference and Exhibition is the largest educational congress held so far in Spain and represents the largest and best attended gathering organized so far in the Exhibition and Congress Centre of Seville, since this is the first time the two venues, FIBES I and FIBES II, are fully occupied, that is to say, the whole enclosure, with more than 20,000 square meters used.
The European Association for International Education (EAIE) is a non-profit, member-driven organization that serves people who are actively involved in international higher education. EAIE connects thousands of higher education professionals and provides a forum for professional development, information dissemination and networking. It has 3,000 members from Europe and around the world.
The meeting has an important impact on the local economy, contributing 16 million euros to Seville, in addition to contributing to the de-seasonalization of tourism in the city in an era of low congressional activity.
